Payment

Card payments are only accepted with the following cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. (Dankort only for combined VISA / Dankort). All prices are in Danish kroner ex. VAT (unless otherwise stated).

Whether the product is a one-time payment or a subscription with several payments will be clear before approval of payment.

For subscriptions, the subscription price, as stated on the product page, is automatically deducted for each subscription period. Receipt for the withdrawal is sent per. e-mail.

If you want to change the card on which the subscription is drawn, this is done by clicking on the link that appears in each invoice.

Upon termination of a subscription, no further invoicing or deduction will be made after Photography by Matthew James has received and confirmed the termination. However, invoices already issued must still be paid.

Cancellation / Rescheduling of workshops

Photography workshops, including group, private and individual, can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the workshop taking place.

Shooting Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel workshops for any reason, including, but not limited to, unsuitable weather conditions.

Gift Vouchers

You have the right to cancel your Gift Voucher purchase within 14 days of receiving the Gift Voucher via email.

All Gift Vouchers come with a six-month (6) expiry date and must be used within that time. This date will be clearly marked on the front of the Gift Voucher, along with a personal reference number.

Expired Gift Vouchers can be extended for an extra six (6) months for an additional payment of 200 DKK

In the event of the Gift Voucher recipient not wanting to redeem it, a Gift Voucher can only be cancelled or refunded within the initial 14 days after it was purchased.

Delivery of Digital Products

The products will only be delivered digitally via e-mail, unless otherwise stated in connection with the purchase. Delivery takes place via access to the online course area / member page with user-created login and password. If codes for login are lost, a new password can be generated on request from the administrator module, which is sent to the e-mail address to which the original codes were sent in connection with the purchase.

For subscriptions, you will receive an e-mail confirming your subscription registration after entering into the subscription. Thereafter, subscriptions will be deducted automatically according to the terms and payment terms that appeared in the payment window when you completed the purchase. You will receive an invoice every time you pay for the subscription. IF there is an associated online area or groups for the subscription, it applies that you only have access to these as long as you are a member and pay a subscription. You can cancel your subscription by writing to info@shootingcopenhagen.com or by logging in to your account and manually stopping the subscription. Upon termination, your access to any online sites and community groups ends immediately.

Delivery time for the item

Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes, and if you have not received an email with a login to the product within an hour, please contact info@shootingcopenhagen.com. However, some products will have content that is delivered on an ongoing basis during the period stated in connection with the purchase. For subscriptions, delivery takes place in instalments as described during the purchase.

Special fulfillment: the customer must provide correct e-mail addresses to receive a link with access to the product.

Special conditions

All rights to courses, workshops, events and digital products belong to Matthew James Harrison and Photography by Matthew James.

Upon purchase, only a license is obtained to use the purchased product, as stated under the product in question.

The product may not be copied, reproduced or shared with third parties, in accordance with the Danish Copyright Act. Should this happen, the person responsible will be met by compensation claims corresponding to lost product sales.

If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at shootingcopenhagen.com.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received the email with the link(s) or file(s). However, the right of withdrawal lapses if the item has been used, which means that the login has been used and / or files, images, pdf, audio or other have been downloaded.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given at info@shootingcopenhagen.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can not regret by simply not using / following the link to the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Return

You do not need to send your order back to us. We will deactivate your link and delete your product password.

If there is something wrong with the item / links / (right of complaint)

If you experience problems with the submitted link, send an email to info@shootingcopenhagen.com.

What do we do with your personal information (personal data policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information / data that we store securely with an external provider:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to support by any loss of login codes.

The personal information is registered with external providers who comply with all security measures in the Personal Data Act. External providers are: WooCommerce and MailChimp

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Information provided to Shooting Copenhagen is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personally sensitive information.

You always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act. Inquiries in connection with this are directed to Matthew Harrison via e-mail info@shootingcopenhagen.com

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Matthew James Harrison. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.
